Be respectful
Your therapist has studied and trained hard to provide you with a professional treatment. Our team will always be polite and respectful so please return the courtesy to never expect anything more than a professional massage.

If at anytime you make any of our team uncomfortable, such as by asking for more than the treatment provided, or touching in anyway, we reserve the right to terminate your treatment immediately and you will be asked to leave.
We take harassment seriously and will always put the welfare of our team first.
Switch off mobile devices
Our space is designed for your relaxation and comfort therefore, out of consideration for other clients please switch off your mobiles phone! Even silent vibrating mode can be distracting, so please switch off, so you can truly enjoy your time with us.
Arrival
Please arrive early for your appointment, about 10-15 minutes is ideal. If it is your first time with us, you will be requested to complete a brief consultation form so please allow time for this. You will then be shown to your treatment room to get ready.

Please arrive "shower fresh" for your session as the treatments are in a close personal space. In some circumstances we may refuse to treat you if you arrive in an unsuitable condition / unhygienic state.

If you are running late please let us know. We will try to accommodate and reschedule if possible, however this may not always be possible so please bear in mind that your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment which will end as originally scheduled.
No shows & cancellations
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, at least 24 hours before your appointment starts so that our therapist can help others.
If you have pre-paid for your appointment, we may be able to reschedule your appointment for you at a later time - however, if you do not inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment, or do not turn up, we cannot refund your deposit, or the session if you have paid via price plan.
If you repeatedly fail to make it your appointment, we may choose to refuse future bookings from you, or ask you to confirm by pre-paying for your treatment.
Payments
All treatments must be paid for in advance. We accept cash on arrival and accept most credit and debit cards via secured terminals. You may also book and a deposit online via our secured system, backed with trusted payment provider Paypal and Square.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers, printed or digital, are void once they have expired so please make sure you use them within 12 months.
If you wish to pay for your session in full with a gift voucher then your booking deposit will be refunded when you attend your session.
Refund policy
Once a treatment has started we cannot offer refunds. If you are unsure, please speak to your therapist within first 10 minutes of starting so the treatment can be adjusted to your needs.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the service we have provided, please contact the management by sending an email to info@apinya.uk or speak to a member of staff.
Gift vouchers and special offer packages are non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to use your voucher before their expiry date, please let us know before they expire and we may be able to extend them in some circumstances.
